What’s the difference between a Connect, Explore, and Kickoff call?

Learn how each Cirface engagement call serves a different stage in your journey.

Each Cirface engagement call plays a specific role in helping us understand your needs and guide your project forward. Here's how they differ:

Connect Call

Your first meeting with Cirface — a 30-minute introduction.

  • We learn about your high-level goals, challenges, and what brought you to us

  • You can share where you're struggling, what tools you're using, and what success looks like

  • You’ll receive a follow-up recap, and if we're aligned, we’ll book an Explore Call

Explore Call

A 45–60 minute live working session that dives deep into your workflows.

  • You’ll screen share and walk us through your current tools, team structure, and day-to-day tasks

  • We ask questions to understand your full process, identify pain points, and assess complexity

  • If applicable, you can submit your Workflow Definition Form ahead of time

  • From here, we scope the project and begin drafting a proposal
