Preparing for Your Explore Call with Cirface

Get the most out of your Explore Call with Cirface. Learn what to expect, how to prepare, and why this session shapes your entire Asana implementation.

What Is the Explore Call?

The Explore Call is a 45–60 minute live working session where we dig into your current ways of working. This isn’t a sales call — it’s where we start shaping your solution.

We’ll ask questions, review your actual processes, and uncover where things are getting stuck. This call gives us everything we need to define scope, align on your goals, and prepare a tailored proposal.

What You’ll Show Us

We’ll guide the conversation, but here’s what we’ll want to see:

  • How your team currently works: What tools you're using (e.g. spreadsheets, email, work management software).

  • The actual flow of work: Who does what, how requests come in, how approvals happen.

  • Where it breaks down: Any points of friction, missed handoffs, unclear ownership, or repeatable problems.

  • Desired outcomes: What a better state would look like — faster, clearer, simpler.

How to Prepare

To keep this call productive and actionable, here’s how you can prep:

Screen Share Your Workflow: Walk us through a real example of how your team collaborates — from intake to execution to delivery.
Invite the Right People: Bring in Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who know the day-to-day and can speak to process pain points.
Have an NDA Ready (If Needed): You can request to sign ours, or send your own if your workflows contain sensitive data.

(Optional) Complete the Workflow Definition Form:
You can fill this out before the Explore Call or wait until after — either way, it helps us understand your processes more clearly.
Submit the Workflow Definition Form

What Happens After the Call?

At the end of your Explore session, we’ll:

  • Summarize key workflows, blockers, and needs

  • Align on budget range, timeline, and implementation goals

  • Discuss next steps — including a written proposal or a follow-up working session

If we’re a fit, we’ll either ask for your completed Workflow Definition Form (if you haven’t already submitted it), or we’ll use the findings from this session to build your proposal.
