Who Will Be On My Project Team?
Meet your Cirface project team and understand who’s involved, what they do, and how they’ll support your Asana implementation or optimization.
Once you sign your Statement of Work, Cirface assembles a dedicated team to guide your project from kickoff to completion. Depending on the scope of your engagement, your team may include 2–3 key roles, each bringing a different skill set to the table.
Here’s what your project team typically looks like:
👤 Project Manager (Primary Contact)
Your main point of contact. They own the project schedule, facilitate collaboration between your team and ours, and keep everything moving forward.
Responsibilities:
-
Coordinates kickoff, discovery, training, and delivery milestones
-
Manages communications and schedules check-ins
-
Escalates questions, blockers, or scope changes
-
Sends recap emails and tracks deliverables
🧠 Solutions Engineer (Asana Consultant)
This is your strategy lead. They’ll guide discovery, map your workflows, and ensure the final solution aligns with your business needs.
Responsibilities:
-
Leads discovery workshops and reverse demos
-
Documents pain points, integrations, and team structures
-
Builds and tests sandbox workflows
-
Partners with your stakeholders to validate solutions
-
Delivers training sessions (basic, advanced, executive)
-
Hosts live Q&A or office hours
-
Shares playbooks, recordings, and training follow-up
-
Ensures your team knows how to use what we’ve built
🧩 Technical Specialist / Integration or Migration Specialist (If Required)
If your project includes complex tool integrations, BI work, or data migration, you’ll be paired with a specialist to handle the technical scope.
Responsibilities:
-
Builds custom automations or connections via no-code/low-code tools
-
Manages data mapping and secure data transfer
-
Helps resolve third-party tool access or sync issues
- Builds dashboards through PowerBI or Tableau
-
Coordinates with your IT or security team as needed
📩 Ongoing Support (If Enrolled)
If you’ve opted into Cirface’s Monthly Asana Support plan, you’ll also have access to a fractional success team to help troubleshoot and optimize after go-live.
Includes:
-
Monthly consulting hours
-
Access to support via email or Slack
-
Private coaching, reporting support, and small adjustments

-
IT or Admin lead (if integrations or SSO/SCIM are in scope)
-
Workflow SMEs who understand your day-to-day operations
-
Exec or sponsor (for approvals or project alignment)
