What to Expect After Signing with Cirface
Learn what happens after you sign your SOW with Cirface, from alignment calls to kickoff and early collaboration with your team.
You’ve signed the Statement of Work—welcome to Cirface! Your project is officially underway, and we’re excited to help your team level up your workflows, processes, and Asana adoption.
Here’s what comes next and how we’ll get things rolling.
🔁 Step 1: Welcome & Next Steps Email
After signing, your main point of contact will receive a welcome email from Cirface. This includes:
-
A warm welcome from our team
-
Confirmation that we’ve received your signed agreement
-
A booking link to schedule your pre-kickoff alignment call
🗓 Step 2: Pre-Kickoff Alignment Call
This initial 30-minute call is all about setting you up for success.
We’ll cover:
-
A quick introduction to your dedicated Cirface Project Manager
-
A review of the goals outlined in your SOW
-
Alignment on communication preferences, channels, and cadence
-
A recap of deliverables, timeline, and who’s doing what
-
Optional ad hoc training or early setup work (if needed)
In some cases, we use this call as your first working session—especially if you’re ready to hit the ground running.
🚀 Step 3: Full Project Kickoff
After the alignment call, we’ll coordinate a full kickoff session with the broader customer team. This may include stakeholders from different departments or functional areas depending on the scope of the project.
During this session, we’ll:
-
Introduce the full project team (yours and ours)
-
Walk through the project phases and schedule
-
Set expectations for collaboration, feedback, and milestones
-
Confirm access to any shared platforms (e.g., Asana, Miro)
