Cirface primarily supports clients across North America, from West Coast to East Coast. Our team is distributed, allowing us to schedule sessions during a broad range of business hours.
We do our best to accommodate international time zones, but flexibility depends on the scope, pricing, and size of your engagement. For clients in Australia, Japan, or other APAC regions, we ask that your team coordinate availability that overlaps with our North American hours. We may be able to start earlier or finish later for the right project, but we are not a 24/7 operation.
For asynchronous work (like workflow optimization or reviews), timezone overlap is less critical. For live training or working sessions, we recommend scheduling aligned with our core hours to ensure real-time collaboration.
