What Cirface Can See

When Cirface manages your Asana licenses, our access is limited to high-level administrative and usage data. Specifically, this includes:

User Information (Limited)

  • Billing owner identification
  • User roster within Asana
  • User initials only
  • User activity levels (active vs. inactive users)
  • Login frequency metrics

Usage Metrics

  • Number of users creating rules
  • Number of users utilizing AI automations
  • General usage patterns and engagement data
  • AI credit usage and limit

What Cirface Cannot See

Cirface does not have access to your projects, tasks, or any sensitive business content. Specifically, we cannot see:

  • Complete user names (last names remain redacted)
  • Specific project details, tasks, or content
  • Portfolio information or project-level data
  • Details about where rules or AI automations are applied
  • Any confidential project or business information
