What Does Support Look Like Post-Implementation?

Yes, absolutely — and we recommend it. After your implementation wraps, Cirface offers a 30-day support window to assist with minor updates, troubleshooting, or tweaks as your team starts using your optimized workflows. This is a transitional period designed to smooth the handoff and ensure your team isn’t left guessing what comes next.

If you encounter minor issues (like adjusting naming conventions or clarifying custom field behavior), we’re happy to jump back in during this 30-day window. However, this period does not include major redesigns or new feature builds — any significant changes will require a new Statement of Work.

For ongoing help beyond that point, we strongly recommend enrolling in one of our Asana Support Plans. These are structured monthly retainers that give you access to:

  • A set number of dedicated consulting hours each month

  • Fast turnaround on tickets

  • Priority troubleshooting

  • Strategy and optimization check-ins

  • Private support channels (Slack, video, etc.)
