Understanding Your Asana Order Form with Cirface

Learn about what’s covered in the Order Form agreement when you buy Asana licenses through Cirface.

When you’re purchasing Asana licenses through Cirface, this Order Form is the official document that outlines your billing terms, subscription tier, and payment responsibilities. It’s separate from your usage agreement with Asana—but it works alongside it to make sure everything is contractually sound between you and us.

What This Order Form Does

This Order Form is how Cirface [as an Asana Channel Partner] officially documents your Asana license purchase. Here’s what it spells out:

  • Subscription Tier Confirmation: It clearly lists the Asana plan you’ve selected, the number of end users, and any applicable discounts. This ensures there’s no ambiguity around what you're purchasing.

  • Billing & Payment Terms: Your payment frequency, due dates, and seat pricing are all locked in here. It also provides space for a Purchase Order number if your finance team requires one.

  • Order Validity & Final Pricing: The quote is valid for 30 days, and unless otherwise specified, all pricing is listed in USD. Any change in scope or license volume will require a revised form—no surprises later.

  • Governing Terms Alignment: This form doesn’t change or override your Asana Subscriber Terms. Instead, it complements the Ironclad Customer Acknowledgement Form that you sign directly with Asana. That’s the doc that governs your actual software usage—this one is all about billing.

  • Refunds & Confidentiality: Fees are nonrefundable unless the governing agreement says otherwise. Both parties also agree to keep proprietary information confidential—standard practice, but important.

  • Signature & Execution: Once signed by both your team and ours, this document becomes legally binding. It’s also how we officially initiate license provisioning and billing.

Why It Matters

This Order Form is your financial and contractual anchor for anything related to your Asana licenses with Cirface. It makes sure all billing, renewal, and pricing terms are documented clearly and transparently. Your use of Asana is still governed by the Asana Terms, but your relationship with Cirface as your Channel Partner—including how you’re billed—is governed here.

You can think of this as the operational agreement that enables to provision, manage, and invoice your team accurately and efficiently. If you ever need to reference pricing, seat count, or billing terms, this is the document to reach for.
