Typical Outcomes and Next Steps After a Connect Call

Learn what happens after your Connect Call with Cirface, including next steps, demo opportunities, and proposal expectations.

Once your Connect Call wraps up, we take what we've learned and determine the best next step based on your goals, team needs, and overall fit. Here's what you can expect:


✅ If We’re a Fit

Depending on how much information we have and what’s needed next, there are a few paths forward:

1. Schedule a Demo (If Needed)

If you’re new to Asana or still evaluating it as a platform, we may suggest a 20–30 minute demo. This walkthrough will show key features and how they relate to your needs. You’ll also have time for Q&A.

2. Book a 60-Minute Explore Call

If more detail is needed to scope your workflows or challenges, we’ll invite you to an Explore Call. You’ll be asked to bring your internal stakeholders or subject matter experts (SMEs) who understand your day-to-day operations. During this session, we’ll often ask for a reverse demo—you walk us through your current workflow setup so we can identify areas for improvement.

3. Receive a Customized Proposal

If we have enough information and alignment, you’ll receive a full project proposal. This includes:

  • A summary of your goals and challenges as we understand them

  • Workflow analysis and how we plan to address each challenge

  • A high-level project timeline

  • A detailed pricing summary for the proposed services

We'll also book a follow-up call to walk through this proposal and ensure clarity across all stakeholders.

  • Set a future date to reconnect
