Here’s what to expect from your Cirface project kickoff call—and how to prepare so we can hit the ground running.

Your kickoff meeting is the official start of your Cirface engagement. This 60-minute session brings together your core stakeholders and our delivery team to align on scope, process, tools, and next steps.

Here’s the agenda and how you can prepare to make the most of the call.

  1. Introductions
    Meet your Cirface team and introduce key contacts on your side.

  2. Project Scope and Deliverables
    We’ll review what’s outlined in the SOW, including workflow goals, training, timelines, and success criteria.

  3. Review of What’s Been Built So Far (if applicable)
    If we’ve already started sandboxing workflows or reviewing your submissions, we’ll share progress and early thoughts.

  4. Upcoming Meetings
    We'll set expectations around cadence, key milestones, and required stakeholders.

  5. Ways of Working
    We’ll confirm:

    • Communication channels (email, Slack, etc.)

    • Meeting tools (Google Meet)

    • Access (Asana guest invites)

    • File sharing (Google Drive folder)

  6. Next Steps
    We'll outline short-term tasks like:

    • Completing the Workflow Definition Form (if not done)

    • Booking follow-up discovery or training sessions

    • Confirming any access needs

  7. Open Q&A
    Time to address questions, priorities, or any initial blockers.
