How do I Grant You Access to Our Asana?

Learn how to give Cirface access to your Asana workspace so we can begin building your workflows and delivering your project.

To get started on your project, we’ll need to access your Asana environment. This allows us to configure your workflows, set up templates, build dashboards, and test automations—all directly in your workspace.

We'll act as Super Guests using our Cirface email addresses. We do not take over your environment—we work entirely within the permissions you assign.


🔑 Why We Need Super Guest Access

Giving us guest access allows us to:

  • Build and test workflows in real-time

  • Set up and validate rules and automations

  • Create and share custom templates

  • Deliver your final configurations within your live workspace

  • Avoid unnecessary back-and-forth using screenshots or manual instructions

We never touch billing, security settings, or make changes outside the project scope.

Please invite the following Cirface team members to your workspace:

  • [Project Manager]jackie@cirface.com

  • [Solutions Engineer] → SE Email address

  • [Technical Specialist] → TS Email address (if applicable)

If your SOW includes integrations or support, we may request access for an additional team member (we’ll let you know).


✅ How to Add a Super Guest in Asana

To grant Super Guest access, the Asana Billing Owner must:

Approve the Access Request

  1. A Cirface team member will send the Billing Owner an email requesting approval for Super Guest access.

  2. The Billing Owner should reply to the email with “Approved”, showing their name and company signature, agreeing to the following statement:

"By submitting this request on behalf of my company, I acknowledge that the Channel Partner listed here is acting on my behalf and not at Asana’s request. I agree that the Channel Partner’s provision of services is based on a separate agreement between my company and the Channel Partner, and that Asana will not be responsible for any acts or omissions of the Channel Partner."

Once the Billing Owner’s approval is received, the Cirface team member will submit it to Asana’s customer service team.

  • The email will be sent to: customer-service@asana.com.
  • Asana typically processes Super Guest access requests within 2-3 business days.

📌 Don’t worry—super guests in Asana are free and do not take up a paid seat unless added to multiple teams.


🔐 Need a More Secure Option?

If your IT/security team prefers, we can:

  • Sign an NDA before access is granted

  • Limit access to a temporary test environment

  • Use a shared service account (on your domain) to centralize permissions
