How Long Does License Provisioning Take?

Learn the standard timeline for Asana license provisioning after signing the Ironclad Customer Acknowledgement Form.

License provisioning doesn’t happen at the speed of light—but we’re also not sending a raven. Once you’ve signed the Ironclad Customer Acknowledgement Form, the countdown begins.

Standard Provisioning Timeline

Provisioning usually takes 24 to 48 business hours after the Ironclad agreement is signed. This window depends on the availability of our Asana team.

Here’s how the process goes:

  1. You sign the Ironclad Customer Acknowledgement Form.

  2. Asana begins license provisioning, which typically wraps up within 1–2 business days.

  3. You’ll receive an email directly from Asana once your licenses are ready. This is your green light to begin onboarding users.

  4. Shortly after, Cirface will issue your invoice for the license payment. 

If you don’t see the provisioning email within that time frame, check your spam folder.
