Cirface hours cover all work performed toward your scoped deliverables. This includes time spent in meetings (team or 1:1), writing and responding to emails, and any hands-on work done by your assigned Solutions Engineer outside of live sessions — like workflow mapping or building in Asana.
We don’t provide hour-by-hour breakdowns, but rest assured, if we’re working on your project, the clock is running.
