Final Handoff, SOP Documentation, and Project Close
Learn what happens during the final handoff of your Cirface project, including SOP delivery, admin transitions, and how we wrap up the engagement.
At the end of your implementation, we’ll complete a structured project closeout to make sure everything we committed to in your Statement of Work (SOW) has been delivered, documented, and handed over to your team.
This phase is about ensuring you’re fully prepared to own, maintain, and scale what we’ve built for you inside Asana.
What You’ll Receive
1. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
We’ll provide process-specific SOPs that include:
-
How to kick off your workflows
-
What each person’s role is within each process
-
How to follow each step of the workflow accurately
-
Basic troubleshooting guidance for your team
-
References for:
-
Rule configurations
-
Custom field structure
-
Naming conventions and permissions
-
These are shared in an editable format, so your team can maintain and evolve them over time.
2. Admin Transitions & Rule Ownership
We’ll make sure that:
-
Your team is assigned as Project Owners and Team Admins
-
Any rules built using Cirface accounts or temporary tokens are transferred to someone on your team
-
All configuration ownership is centralized for long-term governance
3. Project Closeout Meeting
We’ll schedule a formal closeout call to:
-
Review all delivered items
-
Address any last questions
-
Confirm that the project matches the agreed-upon scope
-
Discuss any additional projects or support transitions
-
Collect final feedback
4. Post-Closeout Support (30 Days)
After formal closure, Cirface will remain in your Asana space for up to 30 days to assist with:
-
Minor tweaks
-
Troubleshooting
-
Final clarifications
Note: This does not include workflow redesigns, new automations, or additional training unless scoped separately.
5. Feedback & Review Request
As part of closeout, we’ll invite you to leave a review on the Asana Partner Directory to help other teams find the support they need.

6. Ongoing Support or New Projects
If you're transitioning into one of our Asana Support Plans, we’ll provide:
-

If you’d like to scope a new project, we’ll issue a fresh SOW to ensure the original work stays intact.

-
Links to your deliverables

Recordings and documents
