It’s important to clearly understand the difference between Asana license pricing and Cirface services when evaluating costs and planning your investment. While your license gives you access to the Asana platform, services—like training, implementation, and workflow design—are not included by default and are scoped separately based on your team’s needs.


What’s Included in Your Asana License

When you purchase an Asana license—whether directly or through Cirface—you are paying for access to the Asana platform, including:

  • Asana’s core project and task management features

  • Admin controls (based on tier)

  • Native integrations (Slack, Google, etc.)

  • Platform support via Asana’s standard channels

If you purchase licenses through Cirface, we pass on partner pricing discounts and can help guide your configuration, but services are not bundled with the license.


What’s Not Included with Your License

Licensing does not cover:

  • Workflow setup or reconfiguration

  • Admin training or user onboarding

  • Cross-functional reporting setups

  • Advanced automations or integrations

  • Data migration or cleanup

  • Change management support

  • Private coaching or office hours

These services require separate scoping and pricing, depending on your team’s complexity, goals, and internal capacity.


How Cirface Prices Services

All Cirface services are scoped through a structured discovery process. Pricing depends on:

  • The number of workflows to be implemented or optimized

  • The number of teams or departments involved

  • The complexity of reporting, automation, or integration needs

  • The level of training, support, and documentation required

We offer:

  • Fixed-scope project pricing for implementation or optimization

  • Monthly support retainers for ongoing needs (5, 10, or 20+ hrs/month)

  • One-off audits, trainings, or migrations priced per engagement

You will receive a proposal with a detailed scope, timeline, and pricing summary after your Connect or Explore Call.


Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

As you plan your investment in Asana, we encourage you to consider both:

  • Platform costs (licenses, billed annually)

  • Enablement costs (services required to ensure adoption and ROI)
