Managing License Renewals or Seat Changes
Learn how to manage license renewals, tier changes, and seat adjustments when Cirface is your billing partner for Asana.
If Cirface manages your Asana billing, all changes related to your license count or subscription tier must go through us. We serve as your billing owner, which allows us to help facilitate updates and ensure accuracy in your subscription.

. We will coordinate with Asana to process your request. Please note that mid-contract downgrades are not permitted. Any license downgrades must be scheduled to take effect at the end of your current subscription term.
Cirface Renewal Process
If you are a current Cirface customer, we will proactively reach out 60 to 90 days before your renewal date. This gives your team time to review your account, discuss any changes, and plan ahead for the next term.
If you'd like to schedule an account review or make changes during this window, our team is available to assist.
Leaving Cirface
If you choose to stop working with Cirface and revert to a direct relationship with Asana, you can do so by contacting Asana support within 30 days of your renewal. After this period, your renewal will be processed through Cirface for the next term.
