How to add a user to an Asana Organization.

Purpose: Guide on adding a new user to an Asana Organization.

Prerequisites:

  1. Asana Admin Console access.
  2. User's email address.

Notes:

  1. Only Admin and Super Admins can access the Admin Console.

Steps:

  1. Log in to Asana.
  2. Click on the avatar icon at the top right corner.
  3. Select "Admin Console" from the dropdown.
  4. In the Admin Console, select the "Members" tab from the left menu.
  5. Click on "Invite Member" at the top right. A pop-up will appear.
  6. Enter the email address of the new user.
  7. Assign a project for the new user.
  8. Click "Send".
