Do we receive documentation of our workflows?

Yes — for Advanced and Enterprise Workflow Optimization projects, Cirface provides detailed documentation of the workflows we build for you as part of your project closeout package.

You’ll receive a custom Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each workflow we help you implement. These SOPs include:

• A written summary of the workflow structure and logic

• Step-by-step instructions on how the workflow should be executed

• Embedded Loom videos walking your team through how it works

• Role-specific responsibilities (who does what, and when)

• Technical setup guidance (rules built, custom fields used, and how to maintain them)

This documentation is built to support both onboarding and long-term internal adoption. It makes sure your team knows not just what was built, but why, and how to manage it going forward.

Miro workflow diagrams — which are used throughout discovery and design — are also available upon request, but are not included in every project by default.
